The recent Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee, who dropped the album like a thief in the night, also blessed us with a vibrant dance-crazed video for her “Throw It Back” track, which is sure to spark some epic social media challenges. And if there’s no twerk-worthy choreography, breathtaking cinematography and some good ol’ fashioned double dutchin’, is it really a Missy original? We think not.

It was only right that the impending MTV Video Vanguard recipient team up with her musical partner-in-crime, Timbaland, along with Wili Hendrix to produce tracks like “Cool Off,” “DripDemeanor” (feat.
