Keeping Up With the Kardashians season 18 returns Thursday, and a new tease has left fans’ jaws on the floor.
Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian get physical after Kourtney says to Kim “I will f— you up, you literal c–” and throws a boxed water at her. However, it was Kourtney’s final slap before Khloé Kardashian separated them that caused her to trend on Twitter Tuesday afternoon.
