The Kardashians are sharing some business advice and Jameela Jamil is sharing what’s on her mind!
In a cover story for Variety, Kim Kardashian, momager Kris Jenner, and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, gave women “the best advice for women in business” which includes “getting your f****** ass up and work,” creating non-toxic work environments, and surrounding yourself with people who are passionate about what they do. Since Jameela is no stranger to calling out the Kardashians, The Good Place actress took to Twitter to share her thoughts and she did not hold back.
Jameela didn’t shy away from snatching the silver spoons out of the Kardashians’ mouths—noting the difference between the average person who bootstraps to build their businesses versus the Beverly Hills-bred Kardashian klan who were born into wealth and have a “very different 24 hours” than the rest of society.
I think if you grew up in Beverly Hills with super successful parents in what was simply a smaller mansion… nobody needs to hear your thoughts on success/work ethic. This same 24 hours in the day shit is a nightmare. 99.9% of the world grew up with a VERY different 24 hours. https://t.co/tvafFIyk92

She came up from the mean streets of Beverly Hills with very successful parents/step parents… but in a *much* smaller mansion. A TRUE GRIND. An inspiration. A photoshop icon.

When a Twitter user shaded Jameela for claiming to be “pro-woman” but never missing an opportunity to call out women, using her photoshop reference as an example, Jamil clapped back—explaining that using photoshop to trick women into buying their products is a “shameful act.”
Photoshop when used as a tool to deceive women into buying products and feeling bad about themselves is the shameful act: not pointing it out. It’s false advertising and has lead to literal psychological harm in women who follow them. I said what I said.
