Good Morning America host Michael Strahan is taking his talents to space!
The former Hall of Famer is set to travel aboard Jeff Bezo’s Blue Origin next month alongside the daughter of late astronaut Alan Shepard, who was the first American in space in 1961, and four other patrons. Strahan, who stands 6′ 5” tall, will surely be the tallest person to ever go to space when the crew takes flight on December 9th.

The intergalactic flight will last for ten minutes with three to take in the beauty of Earth. Star Trek star William Shatner, 90, was the first celebrity and the eldest person to aboard the Blue Origin to the edge of space back in October. However, billionaire Richard Branson beat everyone to the punch as the first person to take a commercial flight he funded to space in July.
