It looks Crystal Renay might be gettin’ her “Miss Independent” on after officially filing for divorce from Ne-Yo.
Crystal officially filed for divorce from the “She Knows” singer on August 1st, citing their six-year marriage as “irretrievably broken” and “no hope for reconciliation,” US Weekly reports after obtaining court docs.
Mirroring Crystal’s scathing Instagram post that called Ne-Yo out for cheating, the docs also state that not only did the R&B crooner commit “the act of adultery,” but he also “recently fathered a minor child with his paramour.”

Crystal, who according to the docs has been separated from Ne-Yo since July 22nd, wants primary custody of their three kids but is willing to share joint legal custody, alimony, and child support. Ouch.
