A 2016 video exclusively released by CNN shows Diddy physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles. Warning, the video below contains sensitive content that may be triggering to watch.

The footage aligns with incidences outlined in the lawsuit Cassie filed against Diddy in November 2023 for domestic and sexual abuse and human trafficking. In the filing, Cassie said Diddy paid the InterContinental Hotel $50,000 for the now-viral footage. Cassie’s lawyer Douglas Wigdor released a statement about this new development on social media site X
