It looks like Stevie J and Faith Evans’ relationship is still on the rocks and their divorce proceedings are bringing the drama!
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, record producer Stevie J is not only requesting Faith cover his legal fees, but he’s also asking for monthly spousal support and wants to “terminate the court’s ability to award support to [Evans]”—meaning he doesn’t want to pay Faith any spousal support. However, it looks like Stevie may have met his match as a new document filing to the LA County Courts reveal Faith is countering his request by asking the court to terminate its ability to award support to Stevie J.
Oop, checkmate!
Faith’s recent filing also requests that she keep her personal assets after the divorce and “all property acquired prior to marriage, by gift, inheritance, or devise, and after the date of separation,” The Blast reports.
Stevie J filed for divorce from Faith last month after three years of marriage. Just a few weeks after the filing, Stevie shared a now-deleted post on Instagram apologizing to Evans after a video surfaced of him “publicly humiliating his wife” by accusing her of cheating on him.
