Just days after Cassie filed a bombshell lawsuit against Diddy for rape, domestic violence, and sex and human trafficking, the case has been officially dismissed “in the eyes of the law in New York”, per legal docs exclusively obtained by TMZ.

In a shocking expeditiously turn of events, Cassie’s filing was made public on Thursday and she and Diddy settled the lawsuit the very next day. In individual statements, both parties said they settled the matter “amicably,” with Diddy’s legal team clarifying that settling “is in no way an admission of wrongdoing” and does not “undermine his [Diddy’s] flat-out denial of the claims.”

In the bombshell lawsuit filing, Cassie claimed Diddy forced himself on her and made her perform unwanted sexual acts with male prostitutes while he recorded it. She also claims Diddy “savagely” beat her on numerous occasions. Several people showed support for Cassie’s claims, including Kid Cudi, whose car exploded after Diddy allegedly made threats when he found out the two were dating in 2012. Diddy’s camp called all claims “baseless” and “outrageous.”
