New Music Fridays are in full effect! “Queen” rapper Nicki Minaj and Carolina King J. Cole are two of many artists who blessed the masses with new music today!
In celebration of its 12th anniversary, Nicki re-released her Barbz-favorite mixtape, Beam Me Up Scotty, which includes three new tracks—“Fractions,” “Crocodile Remix” with Skillibeng, and “Seeing Green” with Young Money label mates, Lil Wayne and Drake (with whom she hopped on Instagram Live with prior to the drop).
Described as “years in the making,” J. Cole makes his grand return to the rap game with his sixth studio album, Off-Season—a follow up to 2018’s KOD. Off-Season was produced by hip-hop heavyweights Timbaland, T-Minus, and Boi-1da, along with features from Lil Baby, Dreamville Records’ Bas, “A Lot” rapper 21 Savage, and more.
