Taylor Swift got Netflix series Ginny & Georgia all the way together for making a “horses***” sexist joke about her love life!
In a contentious scene between Antonia Gentry aka Ginny (daughter) and Brianne Howery aka Georgia (mother),” Ginny said “What do you care? You go through men faster than Taylor Swift”— which set off of a scathing tweet from the “Bad Blood” singer.
Hey Ginny & Georgia, 2010 called and it wants its lazy, deeply sexist joke back. How about we stop degrading hard working women by defining this horse shit as FuNnY. Also, @netflix after Miss Americana this outfit doesn’t look cute on you 💔 Happy Women’s History Month I guess pic.twitter.com/2X0jEOXIWp

The Swifties swiftly came to Taylor’s defense, some using hashtag #RespectTaylor.
Taylor Swift didn’t lie when she said: “I’m so sick of them coming at me again, cause if I was a man, then I’d be The Man” pic.twitter.com/b9wmDzkbIg

taylor swift was 18 when those jokes started and she’s 31 now btw
pls don’t tell her she is overreacting when she’s standing up for all female artists—those yet to come and those who face similar jokes daily
