SZA’s song was given to Rihanna despite already having a music video for it.

In an interview, SZA revealed she lost the “Consideration” to Rihanna because her label gave it to her behind her back AFTER she already shot a music video for it. SZA said the betrayal left her feeling frustrated and scared she’d never write a song that good again. However, many hits later, SZA is now glad it happened that way.
