Just one year after gaining 65 lbs during her pregnancy and giving birth to her daughter and , Ciara has managed to snapback to her pre-pregnancy weight—losing a whopping 50 lbs.
“I would wake up, breastfeed, then get Future ready for school. Then after I take him to school, come back and work out. Then after I work out, breastfeed and go back and get Future from school. Come back and breastfeed, then go work out again,” she exclusively dished to People.
Despite having a strict regimen and working out with a trainer a few times a week, she revealed that she actually eats what she wants, including burgers and fries, as long as it’s in moderation.
