After 14 months of marriage, Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have reportedly split after an explosive argument over cheating allegations, TMZ exclusively reported. Per the outlet, Sam confronting Brit about cheating rumors is what led to the split, resulting in Sam moving out of their shared home and into his own place.
Shortly after the breakup news surfaced, TMZ reported that Sam filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. As far as money goes, Sam and Britney signed a prenup that protects the pop singer’s assets and property. However, according to the outlet, Sam is asking for spousal support, coverage of attorney fees, and may potentially contest the prenup.
Despite the impending divorce reports, Britney seems to be in good spirits as she shared a playful post on Instagram about buying a horse.
