Rihanna does not need her beauty sleep or any at all, apparently.
The music diva has revealed she never gets a full night’s sleep and runs on just a few ours of shut eye.
“I have a lot of trouble switching off,” she told French Vogue. “Even when I get home early, which means before 1 a.m., I start binge-watching shows or documentaries, which I love. I can’t go straight to bed.”
She added: “As a matter of fact, I only sleep three or four hours a night.” Oh na na!
Needless to say, that is not healthy as the CDC recommends adults get seven or more hours of sleep each night — even for peeps like RiRi.
Now everyone needs to put down the phone, get off Facebook and scrolling the Instagram and get some rest!
