As Prince Harry and California-native Meghan Markle made their final appearance as senior members of the Royal Family this week, the two are reportedly scouting out locations to “create their own life.” They’ve been living in Canada since announcing their split from the Royal Family, but an inside source told People that they have their sights set on living in Meghan’s hometown, sunny Los Angeles!

“This is what Meghan and Harry have always wanted — to create their own life,” the source said. “They love being in Canada, but they are looking at houses in L.A. too. They’ll likely have houses in both places.”

Prince Harry and Meghan announced their departure from the royal family in January, and have since been working on their Sussex Royal brand. It’s also been reported that Meghan wants to make her grand return to acting as a superhero in a blockbuster film.
