Ozzy Osbourne will no longer go off the rails on a crazy train in a city near you!
Ozzy Osbourne is the fourth celebrity to make the announcement that he will no longer partake in huge touring following Elton John, Neil Diamond, and Paul Simon. He told Rolling Stone following the announcement of his final tour titled No More Tours 2.
“I’m not retiring. It’s ‘No More Tours,’ so I’m just not doing world tours anymore. I’m still going to be doing gigs, but I’m not going on tour for six months at a time anymore. I’d like to spend some time at home.”
While Ozzy, Elton John and Paul Simon all have said they have made their decision to spend more time with their families, Neil Diamond, unfortunately, stopped due to health reasons after his diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease. He was forced the stop mid-tour and release a statement:
“It is with great reluctance and disappointment that I announce my retirement from concert touring. I have been so honored to bring my shows to the public for the past 50 years. My sincerest apologies to everyone who purchased tickets and were planning to come to the upcoming shows.”
Anita Bakerannounced her retirement a year ago but she is now also planning a farewell tour.

“I will be recording, but this will be my last year in concert. This is it. I feel very, very enriched and satisfied with respect to where my career came from and where it is now. I’ll be pretty much satisfied, but I’m not going to go anywhere and just sit down and do nothing. That wouldn’t be good either.”
