Ne-Yo’s divorce is final and it looks like the R&B crooner will be coughing a lot of cash for his now-ex-wife Crystal Renay Smith.

In addition to keeping one of their four homes in Georgia, Crystal will receive a $1.6 million payout to balance their real estate holdings and $20,000 to cover moving expenses, PageSix and TMZ report. But that’s not all—Ne-Yo will keep their Bentley Bentayga, but will dish out $150,000 for Crystal to buy a new car. Last but not least, the “Because of You” singer will pay $12,000 in monthly child support for their 3 kids, and $5,000 a month in alimony for the next 3 years.

As Ne-Yo and Crystal have joint custody of their three kids, both agreed that neither of them will bring new romantic partners around their kids unless they’re engaged or get married to said romantic partner.

Crystal filed for divorce from Ne-Yo back in August 2022, citing the marriage as “irretrievably broken with no hope for reconciliation” amid reports that the singer-songwriter fathered a child outside the marriage.
