MICHAEL B. JORDAN TAKES A GIANT STEP FOR EQUALITY IN HOLLYWOOD

Michael B. Jordan is putting his money where his mouth is and says his production company will adopt an inclusion rider for all future projects.
On the heels of Frances McDormand‘s call to action for diversity during her Oscar speech, the Black Panther star has been the first A-lister to actually step up to the plate.
“In support of the women & men who are leading this fight, I will be adopting the Inclusion Rider for all projects produced by my company Outlier Society,” Jordan wrote in an Instagram post. “I’ve been privileged to work with powerful woman & persons of color throughout my career & it’s Outlier’s mission to continue to create for talented individuals going forward.”
An inclusion rider would require a production to hire a diverse staff in front and behind the camera.
