According to Daily Mail, documents filed by the publication indicate Thomas’ co-operation as part of the defense. He could also be a key witness if the case makes it to court. The documents also include a text thread between Thomas and Prince Harry leading up to the Royal Wedding, that showcases their strained relationship, Daily Mail reports.
