Closing out a short but epic World Series, the Los Angeles Dodgers finally ditched their championship drought and snagged the title in a 3-1 win over the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 6. Although this is the franchise’s seventh title, it’s more monumental than most considering the last time they won the series was in 1988.

Fans quickly took to social media to share in the Dodgers’ joyous moment. MLB sportscaster legend Vin Scully chimed in on the Twitter celebration while LeBron James wished they could have a parade. Rob Lowe shared a sentimental throwback of the late Kobe Bryant at the 2018 World Series game, and Helen Mirren, thanks to the Dodgers, is officially a baseball fan!
