Other major names such as Guy Savoy, Michael Mina, Shawn McLain, Susan Feniger and Ho Chee Boon are just a few of the superstars of the grill who will cook up treats and their best dishes for festival-goers from their Las Vegas establishments during the 4-day event in association with Bon Appétit magazine.
Now in its ninth year over 30,000 people are expected to chomp through great dishes and sink fine wines and beers at the extravaganza, which runs from April 23-26.
Ramsay, who holds two restaurants at Caesars Palace (Gordon Ramsay Burgr and Gordon Ramsay Pub And Grill), will show off his work in person at the signatory event — The Grand Tasting on April 24 at the Garden of the Gods Pool at Caesars.
Fans will be treated to pub-grub favorites like fish and chips, shepherds pie and sticky toffee pudding.
His pal French chef Savoy also will be a highlight stars — taking guests on a champagne and food adventure featuring Krug’s exquisite Grande Cuvée & Krug Rosé Champagne, that can wash down Savoy’s signature dish, the artichoke and black truffle soup, as well as a choice of caviar. That happens on April 25.
Mina, a MGM Grand staple, will be working alongside Vegas Uncork’d newcomer Emeril Lagasse who will be bringing a flavor of New Orleans to proceedings with two events . On April 23, he will be hosting The New Orleans Fish House Experience where punters can savor market fresh fish and shellfish creations.
Then, April 25 Emeril will be preparing his New Orleans Seafood Extravaganza with freshly shucked raw and grilled oysters.
Another highlight for the festival is Michelin-starred chef Boon. His Creative Cantonese & Wine event at Hakkasan, also on April 25, will bring all his Cantonese flavors to the fore, alongside first-class wines. You’ll never taste anything better.
