Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s forever feud reared its narcissistic head on the Season 4 premiere of The Kardashians, and it’s just as messy as the last time we saw these sassy siblings swap scathing words.

Kourt called Kim a “narcissist” and claimed she was not happy for her at her wedding because she couldn’t stand not being the “center of attention.” Kim denied those claims and said she was concerned about Kourtney’s vendetta against her and why she hates her so much. Kim also revealed there’s a secret group chat named “Not Kourtney” where she and Kourt’s friends share their concerns about her. However, Kim really turned the argument up a notch when she said Kourt’s kids also come to her with concerns. Ouch.
