Kanye West’s new boo, Julia Fox, is spillin’ the tea on their new romance!
The Uncut Gems breakout star got candid about being swept off her feet by Ye, formerly known as Kanye, in a blog post on Interview Magazine. The actress said she and Ye, who has recently been spotted on dates in Miami and NYC, “met on New Year’s Eve” and “it was an instant connection.”
“His energy is so fun to be around, he had me and my friends laughing, dancing, and smiling all night,” Julia gushed to the outlet. “We decided to keep the energy going and fly back to New York City to see ‘Slave Play.'” She added that “Ye’s flight landed at six and the play was at seven and he was there ON TIME. I was impressed.”
In addition to their night out on the town, Julia, who was draped in Balenciaga with a peak-a-boo thong during their date night in NYC, said Ye showered her with “an entire hotel suite full of clothes,” which can only mean one thing—his estranged wifey Kim Kardashian has definitely been replaced as Ye’s newest fashion muse.
In an ironic twist of fate just two weeks before their whirlwind romance began, Julia admitted to being a “die-hard, OG fan” of the Kardashians on her podcast with Niki Takesh called Forbidden Fruits. Fox revealed she’s been watching the reality TV series since 2007 and wished they were her “family.”
According to sources, Ye aka Kanye hired a personal photographer to come along on his dates with Julia, which had some speculating if Ye was trying to make Kim Kardashian—who filed for divorce in February 2021 and requested to be “legally single” on December 10th—jealous amid her very public romance with Saturday Night Live’s Pete Davidson.
