Lionsgate has released its new trailer for the 8th Saw movie Jigsaw and we can guarantee it will literally take back Halloween!

The Saw films thrilled us with horror from October 2004 through 2010. Finally, 7 years later, the game is set to start again with a series of new twists and more blood.

It’s so bloody that even our host Chuey Martinez recommends it!

“Jigsaw’s back and he’s not taking prisoners. If you remember the first couple of Saw movies, then you know this is gonna be bloody and gory and I can’t wait!”

The new trailer reveals more horrified victims chained in a room with buckets on their heads being pulled by chains towards a wall of spinning blades, and other traps including falling blades and a motorcycle deathtrap.

Michael Spierig (director of the film with his brother Pete Spierig) recently told EW that while Jigsaw was not as vicious, he promised lots of fun and gore.

“We’ve got some pretty wild traps in the film — we don’t shy away from the gore. It’s such a perfect Halloween scare-fest. It’s perhaps not quite as vicious and more fun, which is something we tried to inject into it. But it’s still full of good fun gore, that’s for sure. And, on top of that, it’s got a really great mystery, and there are very interesting twists. It’s Saw for 2017.”

A few days ago, a new poster was also released featuring the infamous face of John Kramer which has many of us wondering:  Is John Kramer dead… or alive? And will the new Saw movie have Tobin Bell back… somehow?

The cast includes Matt Passmore, Callum Keith Rennie, Clé Bennett, Hannah Emily Anderson, Laura Vandervoort, Mandela Van Peebles, Paul Braunstein, Brittany Allen, and Josiah Black.

Jigsaw hits theaters October 27 just in time for Halloween! Will you ticket or skip it?
