Halle Berry’s pockets might be Bruised after settling her divorce from her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez.

After nearly 8 years, Halle’s divorce settlement with Olivier is finalized. As part of the agreement, Halle will pay $8,000 a month in child support to Martinez, plus 4.3% of all income she makes above $2 million. The two will share joint legal and physical custody of their eight-year-old son, Maceo.

Additionally, Halle will pay for Maceo’s private school tuition, any extracurricular activities, health insurance, and his therapist. Halle and Olivier wed in July 2013 and divorced after two years of marriage.
