Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Erika Jayne, 50, shared a scathing claim against her estranged ex, Tom Girardi, 82, amid their legal battle over alleged embezzlement of funds that had us clutching our pearls!

While being grilled by Andy Cohen during part two of the RHOBH reunion, Erika explained she was “not in control” of her finances while she was with Tom as he managed “every paycheck” she made—adding that having “no access” to her money is the reason she stayed with him for so long.

“I’ll say this. I was 27 when I went in. He was 60. The power balance is way out of whack,” she told Andy Cohen. “I trusted this man. All of my finances were kept down at the firm, and everything was kept there.”

Erika also addressed her entanglement with the alleged embezzlement which claims she and Tom, who’s since been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, spent funds intended for the families of the Boeing crash victims.

 “So, what I have been saying is true. It’s not unusual in Tom’s business for him to be sued. But when Erica Girardi started ending up on lawsuits, that’s when my ears were pricked,” she explained. “Whatever Tom Girardi did or did not do, that’s on him. But I know that a lot of his decision-making is being pointed this way now.”

A video clip of Erika Jayne cohosting Dish Nation in 2018 has since gone viral. The RHOBH reality TV star candidly called herself a “rich crook,” which social media sleuths believe was self-incrimination and connected to her and Girardi’s current legal battles.
