When asked about the show creator Lee Daniels’ decision to cut Jussie from the show amidst charges for filing a false police report for an alleged hate crime, Vivica gave us a glimmer of hope that not all is lost when it comes to Jamal Lyon!

Jussie filed a report of a hate crime back in January—claiming two men put a noose around his neck, poured bleach on him and yelled racist and homophobic slurs.
