Donna Summer’s estate is comin’ for Kanye.

Kanye West asked permission to use a Donna Summer sample from her 1977 song, ‘I Feel Love,’ for his “Good Don’t Die” track on his and Ty Dolla $ign’s ‘Vultures’ album. Despite Donna Summer’s estate denying Kanye’s request, he recreated the hook and put it out anyway, causing them to sue him for wilful copyright infringement and theft!
