Da Brat and wife Jesseca Harris-DuPart share first photos of their baby boy, True Legend, exclusive to People Magazine. Brat gushes about being a new mommy and still can’t believe she birthed a blossoming baby boy despite being high-risk.

“I’m 49, I’m high-risk, I have high blood pressure. So many women so much younger than me want kids and can’t have them, and I had a successful pregnancy,” she told People. “It’s just an honor. He’s such a blessing.”

Brat talks about her happy marriage to Jesseca, creator and CEO of Kaleidoscope Hair Products, and their fertility journey which had its bumps along the way, including a miscarriage just before she got pregnant with their son. Brat gave birth to baby True Legend on July 6th via a scheduled cesarean, while listening to her and Judy’s love playlist!
