He spent enough time there so it only seems fitting that Charlie Sheen is allegedly interested in buying the famous Playboy Mansion.
Hugh Hefner’s beloved party pad is on the market for a whopping $200 million and the troubled actor, 50, is searching for investors to help him snap it up.
“He actually doesn’t want it to throw wild parties,” a source dished. “Charlie says he’d use it as a business venture. He’d hold meetings there or rent it out for film shoots.”
The former Two and A Half Men star — who partied there for years, including straight after settling his assault case in 2010 — recently revealed he’s been diagnosed with HIV and blamed it on the fact he’d been “irresponsible.”
“It holds a lot of memories for him and though they were corrupt, he had some of his most fun times there. He’s not interested in using it for that again and he won’t live there since part of the deal is letting Hugh stay,” the insider added.
“But he can see the value in it and it’s an exciting potential project for him. Not to mention he could leave a legacy behind for his kids.”
