Beyoncé may have started her Renaissance World Tour, but she and her hubby Jay-Z are having a real estate renaissance too and we’ve got the tea on their new mansion!

The “On the Run” power couple just bought the most expensive home ever sold in the state of California. They paid $200 million dollars for the 30,000-square-foot, Japanese master architect Tadao Ando-designed mansion in Malibu, PageSix reports.

And in more “rich people news,” Bey and Jay will reportedly keep their Bel-Air mansion they bought for $88 million dollars back in 2017 because they’re keeping that as their main residence while the new Malibu mansion will be their weekend home!
