“Behind These Hazel Eyes” is a woman who just got served with a major spousal support court order.

Kelly Clarkson’s estranged ex, Brandon Blackstock, came out on top amid their ongoing divorce battle. According to The Blast, the “Miss Independent” songstress was ordered to pay him $150,000 a month in spousal support, plus $45,601 monthly in child support to “benefit” the two kids they share, 7-year-old River and 5-year-old Remington, despite Kelly having full custody.

If her divorce battle wasn’t enough, Kelly is also in a legal battle with her father-in-law’s management company who’s suing her for over $1 million for unpaid commissions. Kelly fought back by filing a petition with the California Labor Commissioner’s Office and the case is still ongoing.
