The Real’s Jeannie Mai is starting fresh after her divorce from ex-husband Freddy Harteis, and what’s a better way to move on with your life than redesigning your living room to ‘de-spouse’ your house?!

In a video on interior designer Kahi Lee’s YouTube page, Mai explains why she decided to de-spouse her home decor. “I recently got divorced—congratulate me. Now I’m in a house that is a reminder of my entire marriage and I need to move on…I need to evolve,” Mai explains. To spice up her newly “Single Ladies” home, Mai requested “a little S&M meets glam” vibe—to which Kahi delivered flawlessly!
