Following his 43 lbs weight loss, “Many Men” rapper 50 Cent is addressing rumors that he’s lost “many pounds” by taking the diabetic/weight-loss drug, Ozempic. In an Instagram post, 50 said he lost the weight while on tour and the old-fashioned way….by hittin’ the gym.
