USHER TO ACCUSER: I DID NOT HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH THAT WOMANAugust 9, 2017
Usher has reportedly broken his silence on accusations he exposed people to herpes.
Sources close to Usher are saying the singer denies having sex with one of the three accusers, Quantasia Sharpton, because she’s allegedly not his type.
Sharpton had a press conference earlier this week, where she claimed Usher picked her out of the audience of one of his concerts, got her phone number and then proceeding to have sex with her in her hotel room. She also alleges Usher exposed her to herpes, even though she has not contracted the sexually transmitted infection.
While the “U Got It Bad” singer is reportedly denying having any sexual contact with Sharpton, his inner circle believes it’s possible Usher brought her up on stage as he often likes to involve a “diverse” group of fans in his shows.
In addition to Sharpton, two other accusers – a woman and a man – have anonymously come forward claiming Usher exposed them to herpes as well. The three plaintiffs are suing on allegations of fraud, sexual battery and infliction of emotional distress.
Neither Usher – nor his wife – have officially commented on the lawsuit or the accusations.
Back in 2012, Usher reportedly paid a $1.1 million settlement to a woman who accused him of giving her herpes after having unprotected sex.
