TIGER WOODS’ TOXICOLOGY REPORT PROVES HE HAD 5 DRUGS IN HIS SYSTEMAugust 16, 2017
Tiger Woods might not be out of the woods just yet…
The golfer was like a walking pharmacy after toxicology tests proved he had five drugs in his system at the time of his arrest in May. The toxicology report showed the following drugs in his system: Vicodin, Dilaudid, Xanax, Ambien, and Marijuana. These medications fall under pain, anxiety or sleep medications.
Tiger Woods released a statement on Monday:
“Recently, I had been trying on my own to treat my back pain and a sleep disorder, including insomnia, but I realize now it was a mistake to do this without medical assistance. I am continuing to work with my doctors, and they feel I’ve made significant progress. I remain grateful for the amazing support that I continue to receive and for the family and friends that are assisting me.”
Tiger Woods has begun his DUI First-Offender Program and has an arraignment set for October 25.
The DUI incident took place on May 29, 2017, near Jupiter, Florida where he was found asleep in his car which was running and stopped in a traffic lane.
We hope Tiger continues to get the help he needs.
