Miss Golden Globe Greer Grammer Gives Her Winning PredictionsJanuary 5, 2015
By Amber Ryland
Dish Nation welcomed Miss Golden Globe herself, Greer Grammer, to our Los Angeles studio this week to chat with hosts Heidi Hamilton and Frank Kramer — and give her winning predictions for the awards show!
“My job is basically to give the awards and I also escort the celebrities on and off, so I make sure that they don’t walk the wrong direction,” Greer, 22, explained.
“The way it’s always described, which is silly, is like a coming out party for the daughters of people in Hollywood,” Greer said.
“It’s like a debutant ball!”
Now, for Greer’s 2015 Golden Globe Award predictions.
In the category of Best Motion Picture: Selma, Foxcatcher, The Theory of Everything, The Imitation Game or Boyhood….
“Boyhood,” Greer chose.
“Lena Dunham,” she confidently responded.
“I’m gonna go with Benedict Cumberbatch just because I love him,” Grammer said.
The Hollywood Foreign Press named Greer Miss Golden Globe last November.
“It’s truly an honor to be included in this experience that so many incredible men and women have been a part of,” Greer said.
“I didn’t even tell my dad because I knew he’d tell everybody and it had to be a secret… I’m so excited. It’s going to be a wonderful year and so much fun.”
The 2015 Golden Globe Awards air live on Sunday, Jan. 11.
