DJ KHALED REVEALS THE DIVA HE’S DYING TO WORK WITH NEXTSeptember 11, 2017
Our BFF Andrew Freund sat down with DJ Khaled – on his actual couch – when the 41-year-old disclosed who he’s hoping to roll in the deep with on a new track.
“I would love to work with Adele. I think it would be something no one would expect, so we can make it happen. I’m ready!”
HELLO! Let’s make that happen, stat!
As far as some of the people he has already worked with, Khaled had nothing but good things to say when Andrew had him play a fun celebrity version of word association.
Khaled began with his “Wild Thoughts” queen, RiRi.
“She’s amazing, inspiring, beautiful and incredible artist.”
Next up was Jay-Z, who he worked with on “Shining,” “I Got The Keys” and “They Don’t Love You No More.”
“My brother, my friend, also my manager; and somebody I really look up to!”
He even raved about reformed bad boy Justin Bieber, who collaborated with him on “I’m The One.”
“Good man, very talented, an incredible artist and a good heart.”
But there’s one person that Khaled holds the highest praise for and that’s his 11-month old son, Ashad.
“Everything is for my son,” Khaled told Andrew. “It ain’t about me, it’s about my son and my family… And I’m just grateful for God blessing me. He’s my biggest blessing.”
Khaled and fiancée Nicole Tuck welcomed their son on October 23, 2016.
And shortly after his son’s 1st birthday, Khaled will give a free concert at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Khaled teamed up with Mentos for the #SamHasMentosGum campaign, in which freshman Sam Jeschke took on an epic 6-day challenge of passing out 43,000 bottles of gum in exchange for the free concert at his school.
The concert will take place at the University’s Kohl Center on October 30th.
