And you thought fighting with your family on Facebook was bad!

50 Cent just took the award for the pettiest move by blocking his 20-year-old son Marquise on Instagram.

Fifty has a contentious relationship with his son’s mother Shaniqua Tompkins and first shared a pic of a countdown clock indicating how much longer he would need to pay child support.

Marquise responded by leaving the comment: “Don’t worry I’ll make u proud! Just don’t forget to tell me happy birthday that day cause u missed a few.”

Apparently that was the straw that broke the rapper’s back because he then reportedly blocked Marquise from his account.

To add insult to injury, 50 then posted a photo of his “adopted” son Davian and wished him a happy 12th birthday. While not his actual son, the “In Da Club” singer has been trying to be a role model for Davian.

It’s my big boy Davian birthday today. Happy birthday 🎉🎊🎈the big 12

Marquise further lashed out on his father by releasing the diss track “Different,” which contains the lyric: “lost my pops, he’s still alive.”

The track is from his upcoming mixtape Escape.

The budding musician recently elaborated on his strained relationship with 50 in a new interview.

“It completely went south when I was probably like 10 or 11. He wasn’t really around enough. It kind of dwindled down as time went on and certain events happened. For me, I just started feeling differently about him because growing up, my dad was my superhero. He’s on television, he does this, he does this, he would take me to school. It was like having a father who’s Superman, more or less,” Marquise told Rap-Up. “But then, as I got older, you start realizing things or you start seeing certain patterns and it takes an effect on your relationship with people. That’s what happened with me and my father. He’s still alive but I can’t tell you our last conversation or the last time we even had a dialogue.”

Let’s hope both 50 and Marquise can find the maturity to make amends.
